How neuro-sensomotor reflex integration can help children and adults

The method of practicing working with body movements and feelings helps people of different ages, especially if they have difficulty learning, communicating, or coping with emotions. This practice helps those who:

  • Have difficulty reading, writing or counting
  • Have experienced severe stress or trauma, especially if the memories make it difficult to live peacefully
  • Has a particular behavioural and perception of the world
  • Starts talking late or has difficulty expressing thoughts in words
  • Has difficulty controlling body movements, both large (running, jumping) and small (drawing, clasping) movements
  • Is quickly distracted, can’t concentrate for long or is often very active
  • Has developmental delays or hereditary characteristics
  • Has difficulty perceiving sounds or pictures
  • Often experiences anxiety, sadness, or intrusive thoughts
  • Has difficulty relating to others, often argues, is stubborn. Has difficulty with others
  • Speaks with hesitations, stutters or confuses sounds
  • Recovering from a head injury
  • Facing age-related changes in memory and movement

This work helps the body “remember” important developmental steps through simple movements. This supports the brain, improves attention, speech, communication, behavior and general wellbeing.

Each session is

a gentle interaction through movement, touch and rhythm, aimed at activating neurosensory and motor connections.
Work takes place in a caring, pain-free atmosphere, without pressure or medication – at the body’s natural rhythm, respecting the individual’s development.

Please note, that the Practitioner is in no way authorized to make a medical diagnosis. The Practitioner takes into account the methods of treatment accepted in medicine. The movements offered in the sessions are in no way medicine and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. They are not a substitute for medical or paramedical care. Our support is based on listening, respecting each person’s rhythm in an educational approach to the body.

Elizabeth’s therapy proved to be an excellent solution for my tendonitis. Already after a few sessions of therapy, the pain was significantly reduced and mobility improved. The method is gentle and gentle, but at the same time very effective – you can feel the deep work. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for an effective solution!
